RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return the items to us for a refund.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and must have labels.
Certain products cannot be returned: custom-made, personalized, perishable or edible items.
If these products are returned, we will reship them. If they are returned again, we reserve the right to keep them without refund.
Returning items damaged or incorrect must be approved by our customer service.
If the item is damaged, incorrect or not compatible, your return shipping cost will be refunded if your request is approved.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of defective items without an approved claim.
If you would like a new item, please return the item received for a refund. You will then need to place a new order. Shipping costs for the second shipment as well as return costs are not refundable.
To return an item is very simple. Go to your customer account, section "Returns & Customer Service".
You will then simply have to choose the order number concerned, as well as the item(s) to return.
Since the return is at your expense, you can return your product by the carrier of your choice to the following address: Motoblouz , 72 Rue Elie Cartan 62220 Carvin France. Once you arrive at our premises, we will process your refund. You will need to specify on the customs document that this is a return of goods otherwise customs duties and taxes will be charged to you upon receipt of the package at our premises.

My item is experiencing a malfunction, how do I open an after-sales service request?
Is your product still under manufacturer warranty and you are experiencing a malfunction? I assure you, Motoblouz takes care of everything!
Motoblouz supports you in your efforts and liaises with the manufacturer. premier , simply open your After-sales Service support request directly from your customer account, “Returns & After-sales Service” section. Once the request has been completed and the photographs indicating the defect have been added, all you have to do is validate your request. Our after-sales service will contact you within 72 working hours to give you instructions on how to handle your product. The usual processing time is 6 weeks, once your product has been received at our premises. Repair is always favored by the manufacturer, however, if this is impossible, a motorcycle advisor will come back to you to provide you with an alternative solution.

How to track a current order?
First of all, log in to your Motoblouz account here!
If you are already connected to your profile, you can consult the History of your orders then on "View details". At the same time, emails will confirm the different stages of your order (order confirmation, invoice, shipping, delivery).
Real-time tracking of your order as well as package tracking are available at the bottom of the details of each order!

How to cancel a current order?
First, log in to the home page by clicking Log in. Then, from the “Your orders” section, you can access your order history.
We then suggest that you cancel your order by clicking on “Order cancellation request”, then “I confirm the cancellation”.
If the button to cancel your order does not appear, unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel it. You will then need to return the order upon receipt.
How to find your invoice?
Premier , identify yourself on the home page by clicking on Log in. From the “Your orders” section you can access your Order history . By clicking on “See details” of the order concerned, we then offer you the opportunity to download your invoice in .pdf format.
I can't find the product I'm looking for, what should I do?
Some products may not be listed on our website, however, we are certainly able to provide them to you. Contact one of our motorcycle advisors. If possible, provide us with as many details as possible regarding your search, for example: the model of your motorcycle, the year of manufacture, etc.

If you place a very large order (approximately a palette of products), delivery may be tailor-made and the delivery time may be extended. In this case, a motorcycle advisor will contact you.

Home delivery within 48/72 working hours
Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday.
You will receive an email from our carrier, usually the day before delivery, to notify you of the expected delivery date.
In order to deliver your package to you, the driver may ask you for the PIN code received by SMS and/or e-mail.
If you are absent during delivery :
If the size of your package allows it, it will be placed in your mailbox.
Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left for you, inviting you to collect your package from a post office near you.
International deliveries and taxes
International delivery costs depend on the destination and will be announced to you when you place your order. For transport reasons, products (fluids, tires, etc.) cannot be shipped to certain countries. If applicable, the information will be given to you at the delivery stage of your order.
For deliveries within the European Union, French VAT applies to the order and you will not be able to recover the VAT in your country.
For orders to destinations outside the European Union, the products will be invoiced excluding taxes and you will have to pay shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. Upon receipt of the package, you will have to pay, in addition, customs duties, VAT and other local taxes, depending on the country of destination.
Shipping Terms
Motoblouz undertakes to respect as much as possible the shipping date given to you as an indication in the product sheet, in the basket and in the summary of your order as well as in the order confirmation email.
A delivery/collection date will also be indicated to you, once you have chosen the delivery method that suits you best.
When ordering several items, the delivery time to be taken into account is the longest. For example, if you order a jacket shipped within 48 hours and a helmet shipped within 7 days then the entire order will be shipped within 7 days.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
TRANSPORTERS
When you choose your preferred mode of transport, you will notice that the name of the carrier does not appear at this stage.
Indeed, in order to ensure the best quality of service, we have decided to work with several carriers, for each type of delivery.
In other words, you choose the mode of transport that suits you best, and we decide on the carrier likely to satisfy this request under the best conditions (based on price, quality of service, your place of delivery).
You will know the carrier used when shipping your order. An email will then be sent to you, indicating in particular the name of the carrier chosen, as well as the tracking number of your package.
My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it, what should I do?
Your package is indicated delivered on the delivery tracking but it is not in your possession.
- We invite you first of all to:
- - Check the delivery address chosen when placing your order
- - Check that the package has not been collected by one of your relatives or left with a neighbor.
- - If your package cannot be found, fill out this document by hand: Parcel declared delivered but missing and send it along with proof of identity to contact@motoblouz.com.
As soon as the package is indicated delivered on your tracking, you have 30 days to file a complaint with the carrier.
What should I do if an item is missing from my package?
Have you received your package, but one or more products are missing?
- Premier , we invite you to:
- - Check the inside of your package
To save space, our preparers can slide another item inside the packaging of a product. Example: a pair of gloves can be slipped inside the box of a helmet. - - Check your invoice received by email, it contains the items present when your package was shipped.
If the missing items do not appear there, they will be delivered to you in a second package. - - Take a photograph if your package was damaged upon receipt (cardboard torn, adhesive loose or missing, etc.)
Please note that you have the right to make a reservation about the package upon receipt in order to have possible recourse with the carrier. - If after these checks, your product or products cannot be found, you will simply need to complete this document by hand: Missing Product Declaration and send it, along with your ID and photos of the package, to contact@motoblouz.com.
MY ACCOUNT
How do I create my profile?
To do this, simply click on Log in from the site's home page via the logo , then let yourself be guided by the registration form.
You will then be asked for several pieces of information:
Your email address.
Your gender.
Your first name.
Your name.
Creating your password.
Your date of birth (fill it in and you will have a surprise on your birthday).
Your motorcycle world.
Your main address.
Of course all information can be modified at any time from your Profile.
How do I access my profile?
From the site home page, click on the button Log in located at the top right. Enter your email address and password, then click "continue".
Forgot your password ?
If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply click on the following link Forgot your password and let yourself be guided by the instructions on the screen. You will then receive an email with a link allowing you to easily create a new password.
How do I change my profile information?
Just enter your credentials on the page Log in.
You then have access, in the “Your profile” section, to the following information:
Your personal information.
Your vouchers are deductible at the payment stage of your next order.
Your address book.
How to benefit from the newsletter and good deals?
When creating your profile, simply check the box. I would like to receive the Motoblouz newsletter and take advantage of all the good deals! You can also manage this subscription from your personal informations.
To unsubscribe and no longer receive our newsletter, uncheck the box and save the changes.
What should I do if I don't receive emails from MOTOBLOUZ ?
We invite you to check your email box for spam or junk mail. If you cannot find our emails there, we invite you to contact a motorcycle advisor.
Delivery information & availability date
Find out the availability of my product?
The availability of each product is announced on the right side of its sheet just below its price.
If choosing a size is necessary, you will find the availability of the product once the size has been selected.
Find out if my product is in stock.
If the desired product is in stock, the information "In stock" appears.
My size is grayed out, I can't select it, what does this mean?
This unfortunately means your size is sold out.
As this can no longer be ordered from our supplier, the size can no longer be selected and therefore becomes gray.
My size is sold out, how do I know if it will come back in stock?
If your size is out of stock, it is because our supplier is also out of stock. There is therefore no availability delay at the moment.
Our site is directly linked to the stock of our suppliers, if it comes back into stock with the manufacturer, you will be able to order it again on our site.
Our updates are daily.
PAYMENTS
Payment by credit card ?
Payment is made on our secure payment interface, when orders are placed on Motoblouz , which means that no banking information can be misused by a third party.
Motoblouz certifies that it does not hold any banking information entered during the order process. All bank details are transmitted in real time to our partner Sogenactif.
Since your account is debited when your order is prepared, Sogenactif provides us with a debit pre-authorization, valid for 6 days.
If the shipment is made after these 6 days, your account may be queried again.
Payment security: your credit card details are encrypted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and never pass unencrypted over the network.
Payment is made directly to the bank. Motoblouz does not have access to these contact details under any circumstances, and does not keep them on its servers.
