RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return the items to us for a refund.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and must have labels.
Certain products cannot be returned: custom-made, personalized, perishable or edible items.
If these products are returned, we will reship them. If they are returned again, we reserve the right to keep them without refund.

Returning items damaged or incorrect must be approved by our customer service.
If the item is damaged, incorrect or not compatible, your return shipping cost will be refunded if your request is approved.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of defective items without an approved claim.

If you would like a new item, please return the item received for a refund. You will then need to place a new order. Shipping costs for the second shipment as well as return costs are not refundable.

To return an item is very simple. Go to your customer account, section "Returns & Customer Service".
You will then simply have to choose the order number concerned, as well as the item(s) to return.

Since the return is at your expense, you can return your product by the carrier of your choice to the following address: Motoblouz , 72 Rue Elie Cartan 62220 Carvin France. Once you arrive at our premises, we will process your refund. You will need to specify on the customs document that this is a return of goods otherwise customs duties and taxes will be charged to you upon receipt of the package at our premises.

My item is experiencing a malfunction, how do I open an after-sales service request?

Is your product still under manufacturer warranty and you are experiencing a malfunction? I assure you, Motoblouz takes care of everything!
Motoblouz supports you in your efforts and liaises with the manufacturer. premier , simply open your After-sales Service support request directly from your customer account, “Returns & After-sales Service” section. Once the request has been completed and the photographs indicating the defect have been added, all you have to do is validate your request. Our after-sales service will contact you within 72 working hours to give you instructions on how to handle your product. The usual processing time is 6 weeks, once your product has been received at our premises. Repair is always favored by the manufacturer, however, if this is impossible, a motorcycle advisor will come back to you to provide you with an alternative solution. RETURN A PRODUCT
